Ok the install is easy.  unzip to your half-life/tfc/maps folder and play.

This one is rather ummmm... different.  It has 4 teams playing as snipers.  What makes it different is that the blue is above yellow and red is above green.  Yellow is across from Green and blue is across from red. (it will make since once you try it.)
